The property is located in contrada Giddio, near Naro, and measures, as a total, 13 hectares, 7 of which planted in Nero d’Avola and Syrah, about other 4 hectares planted in Grillo, while the rest will be planted in the coming years.
The vineyards are at an altitude between 350 and 450 meters above sea level. The estate presents a “baglio”, a old building containing the courtyard or courtyard. Its original structure dates back to the 18th century and is about 900 square meters in size. Another asset of the place is the lake, used for irrigation, that occupies about half a hectare.
The winery is located within the path of the Road of Wine and Flavors of the Valley of the Temples, in the area renowned for growing some of the best Nero d’Avola and Grillo in Sicily.
She is the head and heart of the winery, has over twenty years of experience in the field of viticulture and agronomy. This experience has enabled her to develop the skills needed for the management of a winery. From the vineyard to the cellar, she follows all the stages of the production process, side by side with the winemaker.
He has a great managerial experience and today he is the CEO of a corporate consultancy company. His high competence in management and corporate governance, over 25-years long, allows him to fully master his role and give the right boost to the development of the winery.
